After 9 days I'm 1KG down

Yesterday my I eat just under 600 calories

Breakfast - 160 calories
Soy Latte (150 calories)
Shot of Aloe Vera Juice

Lunch - 120 calories
Vegetable soup with 50g  of king prawns

Dinner - 165 calories
Fish & vegetable soup
Side salad & balsamic dressing (45 calories)

Snacks
Mint humbug - 30 calories
Sugar free mints (14 calories)
Tangerines x3 (120)


I went for a 40m run - My Fitness Pal said it burned 380 calories and I walked for an hour on errands.

I stagnated for 9 days without loosing a single pound and finally, I'm down 1 KG. I hate that it takes so long to achieve any weight loss.
