I eat more than my required calories yesterday. I hardly had energy to run yesterday, so I walked for about a 1/4 of the 4.6 km run.
Still I managed to loose 0.3KG. So now 75 kg.
Yesterday's meals were:
Breakfast - 195 calories
2 boiled eggs
2 coffees
Lunch - 270 calories
Salad with 2 boiled eggs
Handful of thai flavoured nuts
Dinner - 200
Fish and veggie soup x2
I couldn't sleep so I had 2 shots of rum - 160 calories
I felt so weak this morning and I was hungry throughout the night. And, I woke up early - around 3am and slept a little more until 5.30am.
I had a cup of green tea and 200g of grapes. I felt so much better afterwards
